重庆市92例自杀未遂大学生危机干预的研究

摘　　要：目的:了解危机干预对自杀未遂大学生的效果。方法:筛查出自杀未遂大学生92人,随机分为实验组和对照组。对实验组实施快速、主动危机干预工作。实施干预前后采用精神卫生自评量表(Symptomchick-List,SCL-90)分别对两组学生进行测试。结果:实验组学生SCL-90总分及躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖多个因子分均低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。实验组干预后与干预前相比,SCL-90总分除强迫因子外各因子分均比干预前减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:危机干预对自杀未遂大学生十分必要。Objective： To learn the effects of Crisis intervention an the college students reported suicide attempt. Methocls：169 collage students who had attempted with suicide were screened rapidly o They were divided into two groups randomly,the experiment group and the control group. Rapid and active intervention were taken in the experimental group. Then Symptom chich-List SCL-90 were measured an d compared between the two groups. Results： Compared with these in the control group,the SCL-90 total score and the scores of many factors in the experiment group were lower （P〈0.05 或P〈0.01）, such as summarizations,melancholy,anxiety. Conclusion： Crisis intervention is extremely necessary for college students with suicide attempt.
