摘　　要：通过对北京奥运会遗产的价值界定,从有形遗产和无形遗产两个层面阐述了北京奥运会遗产价值内涵;为开发与利用北京奥运会遗产价值,从有形遗产的保护与传承、无形遗产的挖掘开发等方面逐一进行论证,为北京奥运会后科学界定与评估、合理传承与保护、有效开发与利用奥运遗产价值等问题提供参考。By defining the inheritance value of Beijing Olympic Games, the authors expound upon the value connotation of Beijing Olympic Games from tangible and intangible inheritance, in order to prove how to develop and use the value of Beijing Olympic Games from the two aspects of the protection and transmission of tangible inheritance and the excavation and development of intangible inheritance. The purpose is to provide references for scientific definition and appraisal, reasonable transmission and protection, effective development and using Olympic Games inheritance value and so on after Beijing Olympic Games.
