摘 要:根据无砟轨道的结构和受力特点,采用弹性点支承梁模拟钢轨、板壳单元模拟无砟轨道各结构层,建立无砟轨道弹性地基梁板模型,进行无砟轨道各结构层的荷载弯矩计算,并与弹性地基叠合梁模型及弹性地基梁体模型进行对比。结果表明:弹性地基梁板模型更符合无砟轨道结构的受力特点,能够有效地反映承载层的空间弯曲变形;在该模型的钢轨上施加轮载可直接得到无砟轨道各承载层的纵、横向弯矩,既克服了弹性地基叠合梁模型忽略无砟轨道纵、横向变形协调条件,将纵、横向弯矩分开计算而造成的较大计算误差的缺点,也克服了弹性地基梁体模型层间约束强且计算繁琐的缺点。弹性地基梁板模型计算的结果与遂渝线实测结果基本吻合,验证了模型的合理性和有效性。According to the structural and mechanical characteristics of ballastless track, a beam-plate model on the elastic foundation was established to calculate the bending moment of the bearing layers in ballastless track under train load. The rails were modeled by discretely supported beams while the bearing layers of ballastless track were modeled by the plates in the model. A comparative analysis with the composite beams model on the elastic foundation and the beam-solid model on the elastic foundation was carried out. The contrast between three simulation models shows that the beam-plate model on the elastic foundation is in accord with the mechanical characteristics of the ballastless track. The distortion of the bearing layers can be effectively reflected. The longitudinal and lateral bending moment in various bearing layers can be directly obtained when applying the train load on rails. The beam-plate model on the elastic foundation can overcome the shortcomings in composite beams model and beam-solid model. The longitudinal and lateral bending moment in various bearing layers are calculated separately in composite beams model neg- lecting the longitudinal and lateral deformation coordination condition of the ballastless track which will cause bigger erroneous. The constraint condition between layers is strong and the simulation process is rather miscellaneous in beam-solid model. The predicted result of the beam-plate model on the elastic foundation basically tallies with the field test data on the Suining-Chongqing Line, which verifies the correctness and validity of the beam-plate model on the elastic foundation.
