摘 要:采用与航空出行总费用对比的方法,研究长距离客运专线列车票价制订问题。旅客选择出行方式的依据是所花费的广义费用最小,给出广义费用的计算方法。以航空出行总费用为标准,推导出长距离客运专线列车票价计算公式。以京广客运专线为例,分别计算夕发朝至、朝发夕至列车的参考票价范围。计算结果表明:以航空出行不住宿时总费用为标准,夕发朝至、朝发夕至列车的票价范围分别为1193~1962元、1022~1791元;以航空出行住宿时的总费用为标准,夕发朝至、朝发夕至列车的票价范围分别为1343~2212元、1172~2041元;夕发朝至列车比朝发夕至列车的定价空间高10%;夕发朝至列车单位价格范围可达到目前动车组的1.5~2.8倍。The paper focuses on ticket pricing problem of long-distance passenger dedicated line with the comparison of total travel cost with air passenger transport. As passengers always select travel mode according to the minimum of their generalized cost, it provides the calculation method of the generalized cost. Then the paper derives the ticket pricing formula of long-distance passenger dedicated line with the total travel cost of air passenger transport as standard. At last it calculates the ticket price of Jing-Guang passenger dedicated line and provides reasonable price range for night train and day train. With total travel costs of air passenger transport without accommodation expense as standard, the prices of night train and day train are 1 193-1 962 Yuan and 1 022-1 791 Yuan respectively. With air travel costs with accommodation expense as standard, the prices of night train and day train are 1 343-2 212 Yuan and 1 172-2 041 Yuan respectively. The ticket price of night train is 10% higher than that of day train. The ticket price of night train is also 1.5-2.8 times of the price of the current CRH trains.
