摘　　要：目的了解和掌握食盐加碘消除碘缺乏病措施落实情况。方法按东、西、南、北、中随机抽取9镇、街道办事处,在东、西、南、北片区各随机抽取2个街道办事处,在中部片区随机抽取1个街道办事处;在每个被抽中的街道办事处,随机抽取4个居委会,每个居委会随机抽取8份居民户盐样。碘盐检测采用GB/T13025.7-1999中直接滴定法。结果5年来居民碘盐覆盖率、碘盐合格、合格碘盐食用率均在98%以上,非碘盐率最高年度为1.39%。结论昆区居民碘盐质量总体良好,消除碘缺乏病措施落实到位。Objective To understand and master the implementation of the measure of salt iodization to eliminate IDD in Kun District, Baotou. Methods 9 townships or Sub - district offices were chosen at different locations, 2 at each location of east, west, north and south and 1 in the central area. In each townships or Sub -district offices, 4 neighborhood committees were selected. In each neighborhood committee, 8 households were selected for salt collection. The iodine con- centrations in salt were detected by the method of direct titration with criteria of GB/T 13025.7 - 1999. Results the iodized salt coverage rate, the qualified rate of iodized salt and the qualified iodized salt coverage rate were all above 98% and the highest non - iodized salt coverage rate was 1.39% in recent 5 years. Conclusion In Qun District, the quality of iodized salt was satisfying, and the measures of salt iodization achieved remarkable success in the prevention and control of IDD.
