摘  要:目的评价学校食堂施行食品卫生监督量化分级管理的效果。方法选择31家学校食堂为调查对象,综合卫生许可及经常性卫生监督量化评分表制成调查表,进行调查分析。结果施行食品卫生量化分级管理后学校食堂的食品卫生管理水平明显提高。结论食品卫生量化分级管理制度对提高学校食堂自身卫生管理水平效果显著,对保障学生身体健康,促进学校和谐稳定意义重大。Objective To evaluate the implementation of school canteen food hygiene supervision and to quantify the effect of management at different levels. Methods for the 31 survey of school canteens, integrated health and recurrent health permits quantitative monitoring questionnaire score table made for Investigation and Analysis. Results Quantify the results of the implementation of food hygiene management at different levels of post - school cafeteria food hygiene management standards improved remarkably. Conclusion quantitative grading of food hygiene management system to improve their own health management of school canteens significant level of protection to students in good health, harmony and stability to promote the school of great significance.
