摘　　要：本文报道我科1976～1989年间收治颅咽管瘤22例。均经病理证实。男性16例，女性6例。患者年龄4～45岁。术后放疗18例，术后复发单纯放疗2例，再切除后放疗2例。5、10年生存率分别为59．9％及28．6％。我区本病发生率及发病年龄较国内报道略低。年龄、病程及手术切除范围与预后有关。From 1976 to 1989, 22 patients with crainopharyngiomas proved by pathology weretreated in our hospital. 16 patients were male and 6 female. The patients were agesrange from 4 to 45 years. 18 patients were treated with postoperative radiotherapy intwo months, 4 were treated by radiotherapy in 6 to 18 months after surgery recurrence,The 5-, 10-years survival rate were 59.9% and 28.6%, respectively, This resultdemmonstrates that the incidence and ages are lower in the group than the literature reported in our country. We consider that the age, courscof disease and extent of removalare the factors influencing prognosis.
