摘 要:针对永磁直线电机参数变化和外部扰动对伺服性能的影响,提出自适应变结构直接推力速度控制设计方法.由推力、磁链误差的积分函数建立滑模面,实际应用中存在的参数变化及负载扰动等不确定因素由自适应率修正.经仿真验证,该算法明显改善速度跟踪性能,具有很好的自适应性和鲁棒性.In view of the influence of servo performances on permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (PMISM) drive with parameter variations and external force disturbance, the project of adaptive variable structure direct thrust speed control is proposed. The slide mode surfaces are constructed through the integral functions of system thrust and flux linkage errors of PMLSM, and an adaptive law is designed to revise the uncertainties with parameter variations and external force disturbances for PMLSM drive in practical application. The proposed algorithm is verified by simulation, and possesses the merits of adaptive and robust and improves evidently the performance of speed tracking.
