摘　　要：介绍550/60-22.5I-3低断面无内胎农业轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1212mm,断面宽526mm,行驶面宽度440mm,胎圈着合直径568mm,花纹深度25mm,花纹饱和度55.7%,采用人字形花纹设计。施工设计:胎面胶采用两种配方胶料分别挤出,胎体采用4层1870dtex/2V1和2层1870dtex/2V2锦纶6帘布,立式胶囊硫化罐硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明,轮胎充气外缘尺寸和物理性能均符合相应设计和国家标准要求。A design of 550/60--22. 5 I-3 low profile tubeless agricultural tire was described. In structure design, the following parameters were taken： overall diameter 1 212 mm, cross sectional width 526 ram, width of running surface 440 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 568 mm, pattern depth 25 mm,block/groove ratio 55.7%,with the design of chevron pattern block. In construction design,the following processes were taken： two types of rubber formulations in tread compound;4 layers 1870dtex/2V1 and 2 layers 1870dtex/2V2 nylon 6 cords for carcass ply,and bladder autoclave for tire vulcanization. The inflated overall dimension and the physical properties of finished tire met the requirements of national standards.
