黄芪护心胶囊治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察黄芪护心胶囊治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效及安全性。方法96例CHF患者随机分为2组,对照组46例,予西医常规治疗;治疗组50例,在对照组基础上予黄芪护心胶囊,每次5粒,每日3次口服。2组均1个月为1个疗程,观察临床疗效及心功能指标变化。结果治疗组总有效率92.0%,对照组76.1%。2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组心功能参数心输出量(CO)、每搏输出量(SV)、射血分数(LVEF)及舒张晚期与舒张早期充盈速度比(A/E)等好转情况均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黄芪护心胶囊治疗CHF安全有效,值得临床推广。Objective To observe chnical effect of Huangqihuxin capsule in treating chronic heart failure （CHF） and the improvement of life quality with CHF patients. Methods 96 patients with CHF were randomly divided into two groups. 46 patients in control group were treated by routine treatment of western medicine. 50 patients in treatment group were treated by combination of routine therapy and Huangqihuxin capsule, 5 pills, thrice a day. The course was 30 days in two groups. The changes of overall curative effect and heart function of CHF patients were observed. Results The total ef- fective rate was 92.0% in treatment group and 76.1% in control group. There was difference between two groups on total effective rate （ P 〈 0.05）. The improvement of heart function including cardiac output （CO）, stroke volume （SV）, LVEF and ME ratio in treatment group were superior to those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Huangqihuxin capsule was a safe and effective on the treatment of chronic heart failure.
