运脾温阳方及其拆方对脾虚大鼠小肠病理结构影响的研究

摘　　要：[目的]讨论运脾温阳颗粒及其拆方对大黄致脾虚大鼠胃肠激素干预的研究。[方法]测定100％大黄煎液造成的脾虚泄泻大鼠脏器指数、小肠病理改变的影响。[结果]与正常组比较，模型组大鼠大部分小肠黏膜中到重度绒毛变矮变小甚至消失，黏膜上皮中到重度大片坏死，上皮细胞消失，腺体破坏亦比较严重；运脾温阳方及其拆方对小肠病变均有不同程度的恢复作用，大部分恢复正常。结论：运脾温阳方及其拆方通过增加脾虚大鼠脏器指数。[ Objective] To discuss intervention studies of Yunpi Wenyang formula and its decomposed recipes on the rhubarb -induced gastrointestinal hormone deficiency in rats. [ Methods ] To determine organ index of spleen deficiency diarrhea rats caused by 100% rhubarb decoction and the impact of the pathological changes of the small bowel. [ Results ] Compared with the normal group, the majority of small intestinal mucosa of rat - to - severe villous become smaller or even disappear, epithelial - to - severe large areas of necrosis, disappearance of epithelial cells, glands are also more serious damage in model group ; Yunpi Wenyang formula and its decomposed recipes have varying degrees of recovery, most returned to normal of the small bowel lesions Conclusion Yunpi Wenyang formula and its decomposed recipes increase the organ indices to improve the structure of the small intestine and play a role in spleen deficiency rats.
