摘　　要：通过对陕北地区环境现状分析，指出了环境和经济、人口之间的矛盾关系，并对资源和环境综合承载力进行了计算，为陕北地区的开发规模提供了依据，最后，提出了解决环境问题的对策建议。Through analysis of current environmental conditions in North Shaanxi region, the contradiction relations between environment, economy and population were pointed out. And the synthetic enduring capacity of the regional resources and environment was worked out, which provided scientific basis for development scale in this region. At last, the strategies and proposals for environmental solutions were put forward.
