摘　　要：目的:研究了槲皮素与黄嘌呤氧化酶相互作用的紫外光谱性质及孵育时间对酶抑制性的影响。方法:紫外光谱法。结果:槲皮素与黄嘌呤氧化酶相互作用导致了槲皮素的紫外光谱的Ⅱ带红移,吸收峰升高;Ⅰ带兰移,吸收峰下降。另外,随着两者孵育时间的增加,紫外光谱吸收峰下降。结论:槲皮素对黄嘌呤氧化酶有抑制性,并随着抑制时间的增加而增加。Objective.To study UV--vis spectral properties of the interaction of quercetin and xanthine oxidase and the effect of incubation time on the inhibition of xanthine oxidase. Method：UV--vis spectra method was used. Result：The interaction of quercetin and xanthine oxidase induced the Band II in UV--vis spectra of quercetin to shift to red and its absorption peak rose and the Band I to shift to blue and its absorption peak dropped. In addition,with the incubation time increasing,the absorption peak UV--vis spectra decreased. Conclusion ：Quereetin inhibits the active of xanthine oxidase and the inhibition was increased with an increase in inhibition time.
