摘  要:以2号菌株(杏韩)和24号菌株(广杏)杂交组合的F1群体为试材,对杏鲍菇的菌丝生长速度、产量、子实体数及单菇重等性状遗传分化进行了初步研究。结果表明:(1)杂交F1代性状广泛分离,大部分性状平均值低于亲中值,属于数量性状遗传。但后代性状的变异系数有较大差异,均盖径的变异系数(38.86%)和均单菇重的变异系数(30.31%)较大,说明其遗传潜能较大。(2)杂交后代菌丝生长速度与单产无显著相关性,现原基时间与产量成正相关性,菇峰期与生物学效率极显著负相关。(3)F82菌株子实体单产最高(186.0 g)显著高于双亲,其生物转化率达到66.4%。The F1 population of cross combination between Strain 2 (Xinghan) and Strain 24 (Guangxing) was used as a test material of Pleurotus eryngii and the characters were studied in terms of mycelium growth rate,yield, fruit body number and fruit body weight. The results were as follows: 1) Many quantitative characters of the F1 population showed a very extensive segregation and averagely below mid-parent. The coefficients of variation(CVs)of the tested characters differed significantly and the CVs of fruit body weight and pileus diameter were comparatively great(30.31% and 38.86%, respectively), showing a high genetic potential. 2)The correlation was not significant between myceli- um growth rate and yield, but significantly positive between primordium time and fruit yield. There was a significant negative correlation between the peak fruiting period and the biological efficiency. 3) A hybrid strain F82 was the highest in yield(186.0 g) and significantly higher than its parents'and its biological efficiency reached 66.4%.
