摘  要:目的探讨三维彩色血管能量成像(3D-CPA)对软组织蔓状血管瘤的诊断价值。方法应用3D-CPA检测蔓状血管瘤35例,评定血管分型(3D-CPA I-III型),并测量相应的血管参数:血管形成指数(VI)、血流指数(FI)、血管形成-血流指数(VFI)。结果瘤内外血管空间结构形态直观,滋养血管来源明确。35例软组织蔓状血管瘤中3D-CPAIII型27例,II型8例。蔓状血管瘤定量测量的血管参数为VI=10.50±2.15,FI=33.61±5.22,VFI=4.42±2.19。结论3D-CPA可清晰、立体、完整显示软组织蔓状血管瘤的滋养血管及瘤内的血管分支,并可半定量、定量分析,对软组织蔓状血管瘤的诊断具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of three-dimensional color power angiography (3D-CPA) to angioma arteriale racemosum in soft tissues. Methods A total of 35 cases with angioma arteriale racemosum were examined with 3D-CPA. The vascular pattern and vascular blood flow indices were assessed. Results The structure and shape of vascula in and out tumor is limpid. 3D-CPA could show overall vascular perfusion and nourished vessel of angioma arteriale racemosum clearly. Twenty-seven of the 35 angioma arteriale racemosum were 3D-CPA III, 8 of which were 3D-CPA II. Quantitative analysis of Vascular blood flow indices of angioma arteriale racemosum: VI= 10. 50±2.15, FI=33.61±5.22, VFI=4.42±2.19. Conclusions Utilizing 3D-CPA, this study could analyz semi- quantitatively and quantitatively. It' s helpful to diagnose angioma arteriale racemosum.
