摘  要:目的:制备兰索拉唑β-环糊精包合物。方法:用正交设计法研究物料比、温度、时间3个因素对兰索拉唑β-环糊精包合物制备工艺的影响。结果:包合温度对包封率有非常显著的影响,最佳工艺条件为兰索拉唑与β-环糊精的摩尔比为1:3,包合温度为30℃,超声时间为35min。结论:此方法可用于兰索拉唑β-环糊精包合物的制备。Objective: To prepare lansoprazole β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound. Methods: The orthogonal design was used to study the materials ratio, temperature, time of three factors on β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound lansoprazole preparation impact. Results: It was found that the temperature showed the most significant influence on inclusion rate, the optimum preparation conditions for inclusion compound were established as the molecular rate of lansoprazole to β-CD in the inclusion compound was 1:3, inclusion temperature was 30℃ and reaction time was 35 min. Conclusion: The method can be used for preparation of lansoprazole β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound.
