兰索拉唑β-环糊精包合物的制备工艺研究

摘　　要：目的:制备兰索拉唑β-环糊精包合物。方法:用正交设计法研究物料比、温度、时间3个因素对兰索拉唑β-环糊精包合物制备工艺的影响。结果:包合温度对包封率有非常显著的影响,最佳工艺条件为兰索拉唑与β-环糊精的摩尔比为1:3,包合温度为30℃,超声时间为35min。结论:此方法可用于兰索拉唑β-环糊精包合物的制备。Objective： To prepare lansoprazole β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound. Methods： The orthogonal design was used to study the materials ratio, temperature, time of three factors on β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound lansoprazole preparation impact. Results： It was found that the temperature showed the most significant influence on inclusion rate, the optimum preparation conditions for inclusion compound were established as the molecular rate of lansoprazole to β-CD in the inclusion compound was 1：3, inclusion temperature was 30℃ and reaction time was 35 min. Conclusion： The method can be used for preparation of lansoprazole β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound.
