摘　　要：目的探讨内皮型一氧化氮合酶（eNOS）在异位子宫内膜腺上皮细胞中的表达及其在卵巢子宫内膜异位症中的作用。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法检测eNOS在30例卵巢异位子宫内膜和30例正常子宫内膜中的表达。结果eNOS在正常子宫内膜腺上皮细胞表达较弱或不表达,异位子宫内膜中eNOS有高强度的表达,明显高于正常子宫内膜（P〈0.05）。结论eNOS在异位子宫内膜中呈持续性增强表达,提示eNOS可能与卵巢子宫内膜异位症的发生及进展有关。Objective To investigate the expression of epithelial nitric oxide synthase （eNOS） and its role in ovarian endometriosis. Methods The expression of eNOS in 30 specimens of ovarian endometriosis and 30 normal endometrium tissues was detected by immunohistochemieal staining. Results Weak or no eNOS expression was observed in the cytoplasma of glandular epithelia in normal endometrium. However, over-expressed eNOS was detected in ovarian endometriosis. The expression of eNOS was significantly higher in ovarian endometriosis than those in normal endometrium （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The persistent over-expression of eNOS may play an important role in the occurrence and development of ovarian endometriosis .
