摘  要:为探讨饮用水中非挥发性有机物的遗传毒性与脂质过氧化的关系,用SOS显色试验检测了饮用水中非挥发性有机物的遗传毒性,并在体外借助微粒体模型测定其脂质过氧化水平。结果显示:SOS反应与脂质过氧化作用高度相关,进而初步探讨了饮用水的遗传毒性机理。In order to explore the relationship between the genotoxicity and the lipid peroxidation of nonvolatile organic pollutants in drinking water,the genotoxicity of nonvolatile organic pollutants was examined by SOS test,its lipid peroxidation level was also detected in vitro by microsomal modelThe results showed that the intensity of SOS response correlated with the levels of discussed lipid peroxidation in high level remarkably,the genotoxic mechanism of drinking water was restarched in further
