摘　　要：民办高校需要培养核心能力来赢得竞争优势,借助于SWOT分析理论能够使其管理人员清晰地找出高校内部的优势与弱势、外部的机遇和威胁,帮助高校确立正确的发展思路。The private colleges need to cultivate competitive advantages by improving their core competitive strength. By SWOT analysis of the managers of private colleges can make the managers clearly find the inner advantages and weakness, the external opportunities and threats of the college and then establishes the right development direction.
