摘　　要：总结了地方弱势高校以实验室体制改革为切入点,以实施仪器设备动态管理、推行项目论证和实行贵重仪器设备中心化管理为重点的实践与探索,建立了较为完善的实验室管理体系,达到了全面提高实验室建设和管理水平的改革目标。This paper conclude those local weak colleges and universities practised and explored experimental system reform, taking dynamic management on instrumental equipments, carried out the project argumentation, and practised and explored the centralized management on valuable instrumental equipments, established somehow more perfect management system of laboratory, achieved the reform objective of enhancing laboratory instructions and management standards comprehensively.
