高血糖与肿瘤关系的探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨高血糖与肿瘤的关系。方法:选择2008年1-10月本院化疗科确诊肿瘤患者123例,门诊健康体检者124例作为对照组,分别检测两组人群的晨起空腹血糖。结果:肿瘤组高血糖人数71例,占总人数的57.7%,明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:高血糖与肿瘤关系密切,是肿瘤发生的危险因素。Objective：To investigate the relationships between hyperglycosemia and tumor.Methods： 123 tumor patients were chosen in this study,and 24 healthy people were taken as control at the same time.The fasting blood glucose in the morning of all people was detect.Results：The patients of hyperglycosemia in tumor group were 71 （57.7%）,which was obviously higher than in control group （P〈0.01）.Conclusions： Hyperglycosemia has close relations with tumor and it is risk factor in genisis of tumor.
