良恶性腹水表达癌胚抗原信使核糖核酸的差别

摘　　要：目的:分析良、恶性腹水表达癌胚抗原信使核糖核酸(CEA mRNA)的差别,探讨应用CEA mRNA诊断与鉴别诊断恶性腹水的价值。方法:应用反转录-套式-聚合酶链反应技术检测58例良性腹水和103例恶性腹水CEA mRNA的表达。结果:恶性腹水组CEA mRNA的表达率明显高于良性腹水组(P<0.01);CEA mRNA诊断恶性腹水的特异性为93.1%、敏感性为84.5%、诊断效率(准确率)为87.6%。结论:恶性腹水CEA mRNA的表达阳性率明显高于良性腹水,CEA mRNA具有良好的诊断与鉴别诊断恶性腹水的作用。Objective：To analyze the difference of carcinoembryonic antigen mRNA （CEA mRNA） expression in benign and malignant ascites, so to investigate the value of CEA mRNA in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of benign and malignant ascites.Methods：RT-NP-PCR was used to detect the CEA mRNA expression in 58 cases benign ascites and 103 cases malignant ascites.Results：CEA mRNA positive rate in malignant ascites was obviously higher than benign ascites （P 〈 0.01）. The specificity, sensibility and accuracy of CEA mRNA in diagnosis of malignant ascites were respectively 93.1%, 84.5% and 87.6%.Conclusions：CEA mRNA positive rate of malignant ascites was obviously higher than benign ascites. So CEA mRNA is useful in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of malignant ascites.
