摘　　要：从加强普通高校国防教育师资队伍建设的必要性出发,分析了当前普通高校国防教育师资队伍建设中存在的问题,并从选聘、培训、军地交流、职称评定、科学研究等方面提出加强普通高校国防教育师资队伍建设的对策。Based on the necessity and current status analysis,the countermeasures to develop a teaching staff for national defense education at colleges and universities are proposed in terms of employment,training,exchange with army,promotion,and scientific research.
