摘　　要：针对师范类高校实验中心建设中存在的问题,探讨实验技术队伍改革与创新培养,建立以素质教育为基础、以实验创新教育为核心的实验中心建设理念,以适应新时期、新形势对高等教育提出的新要求。The construction of experimental teaching centre is one of important researching tasks for creative teaching in technical institution. In the light Of problems existing in normal college, the innovation and creative training for experimental teams were discussed. In order to suit the new requirement for higher education in new times and new situation, the idea of experimental construction was set up which is based on quality education and centred around the experimental creative education.
