麦普替林氯丙咪嗪治疗抑郁症双盲随机临床对照研究

摘　　要：目的:进一步评价麦普替林治疗抑郁症的疗效和副反应。方法:采用国产麦普替林与氯丙咪嗪随机双盲对照治疗60例抑郁症,以HAMD、CGI及TESS评定症状、疗效和副反应。结果:两者的疗效相当。麦普替林抗抑郁作用出现较早,副反应少而轻。结论:麦普替林是一种安全、快速、有效的抗抑郁剂。Objective ： To evaluate the efficacy of maprotyline in the treatment of depression. Methods ： 120 inpatients with major depression who met with CCMD -3 diagnostic criteria were randomly treated with maprotyline for 6weeks, and HAMD, CGI, and TESS were assessed in order to evaluate their efficacy and safety. Results ： The efficacy of maprotyline （ response rate 76.7% ） was similar to clo- mipramine （ 80% ） in the treatment of depression （ P 〉 0. 05 ） , and its side effects were significantly fewer than clomipramine, P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion ： Maprotyline is a safe and useful drug for the treatment of major depression.
