山西省独立学院不同职称教师体育健身现状的调查

摘　　要：本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析和数理统计法,对山西省独立学院不同职称教师体育健身现状进行调查研究,结果显示:独立学院不同职称教师投入体育健身的量不够;体育健身项目选择频率依次为散步、跑步、小球、大球等;在活动场所选择上,较偏重单位体育场馆、住宅空地和公共体育场馆;不愿意参加体育健身的客观原因,是缺乏场地器材和组织指导;不参加体育健身主观影响因素是"惰性"、和"没有时间"、"忙于家务"。This paper investigates the sports fitness status of teachers of different titles in Sbanxi Independent College by using literature collection method, the survey method, logical analysis and mathematical statistics analysis. The founding shows that in these colleges different tilted teachers put not enough energy on sports exercises; they may choose walking, running, ball as their way of exercise; as far as the sports place is concerned , they prefer to choose the college＇s sports facilities, open space in residential places and public sports facilities ; the objective factor of not willingly taking part in the sports exercise is lack of place, facilities and organized guidance ; the subjective factors of not taking part in the sports exercise are laziness, no time and busy with household chores.
