选择性支气管动脉灌注化疗对102例中晚期肺癌的治疗结果分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨经ＢＡＩ（选择性支气管动脉灌注化疗）对肺癌综合治疗的缓解率及生存率。方法：采用选择性支气管动脉灌注方法治疗１０２例中晚期肺癌病人，随访期间为２个月～３年。结果：全组治疗后的总缓解率为８０．０９％，平均缓解期２３．６９周。治疗后的１、２、３年生存率分别为７１％、４２％、２８．６％，平均生存期１．５３年。One hundred and two patients with advanced lung cancer received selective bronchial arterial infusion (BAI) during the period March 1989 to May 1994.All the patients were followed up for 0.2 to 3 years. The overall remission rate was 80. 09% ( mean 23.69 weeks) . The 1, 2,3year　survival rates after treatment were 71%,42%,28.6%　respectively.Univariate　and multivariate analysis showed that both the pathological classification and the times of therapy might be independent factors influencing the effects of BAI in the treatment of advanced lung cancer
