摘　　要：目的:探讨胃癌锁骨上淋巴结转移患者综合治疗的疗效。方法:23例胃癌锁骨上淋巴结转移患者行新辅助化疗2个周期,化疗后行姑息性胃切除手术,观察其生存期。结果:23例患者新辅助化疗2个周期获6例有效(26.09%),13例稳定(56.52%),4例无效(17.39%)。1、2、3年生存率分别为70%、39%、12%。结论:对于胃癌锁骨上淋巴结转移患者行姑息手术配合围手术期化疗有临床意义,改善了一部分患者的预后。Objective：To assess the combined therapy on gastric cancer with supraclavicular lymph node metastases. Methods：Twenty-three cases of gastric cancer patients with supraclavicular lymph node metastases underwent neoadjuvant chemotherapy, palliative gastrectomy and were observed there survival. Results：There were 6 case partial response, 13 stable disease and 4 progression in 23 patients. 1-, 2-, 3-year survival rate was 70% , 39% and 12%. Conclusion：The supraclavicular lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer patients with palliative gastrectomy and perioperative chemotherapy have clinical significance and improve the prognosis of some patients.
