摘  要:目的探讨频谱水对SPF级KM小鼠的抗疲劳作用。方法将75只雄性SPF级KM小鼠随机地分成三组,分别给予三种不同的实验处理,30 d后测定受试小鼠负重游泳时间、血清尿素、肝糖原和血乳酸含量,并进行统计学分析。结果统计分析结果显示:(1)负重游泳致死时间和肝糖原含量,A、B、C三组之间差异不显著(P>0.05);(2)A组的血清尿素含量显著高于B组和C组(P<0.01),但B组和C组之间差异不显著(P>0.05);(3)在三个时间点分别测定各组小鼠血中乳酸含量,其中A、B两组小鼠的血乳酸含量显著高于C组(P<0.05),且游泳后休息30 min,A组小鼠的血乳酸含量又显著高于B组(P<0.05)。结论频谱水对SPF级KM小鼠抗疲劳有一定的作用,但不具有统计学意义。Objective To investigate spectrum water on anti-fatigue effect in SPF KM mouse. Methods 75 SPF KM male mouse were divided three groups randomly, and were given three different treatments respectively, then it was determined that weight-loading swimming time, content of serum urea, liver glycogen and blood lactic acid of each group animal after 30 days, and determination data were taken statistic analysis. Results The results showed: (1) Weight-loading swimming time and content of liver glycogen did not exist difference remarkably among three groups ( P 〉 0.05) ; (2) Content of serum urea in group A was high significantly than in group B and group C ( P 〈 0.01 ), but content of serum urea in group B and group C did not exist difference remarkably( P 〉 0.05) ; (3) Content of blood lactic acid of each group mouse were determined in three different time point, content of blood lactic acid in group A and B was high significantly than group C (P 〈 0.05), and post swimming and resting 30 min, content of blood lactic acid in group A was high significantly than in group B ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Spectrum water has anti-fatigue effect on SPF KM mouse, but it has no statistical significance.
