口虾蛄乙酸乙酯提取物对鼻咽癌细胞CNE1生长和分化的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究口虾蛄乙酸乙酯提取物对人高分化鼻咽癌细胞CNE1生长和分化的影响。方法:采用系统溶剂法,对口虾蛄进行分离;采用MTT法测定该提取物对CNE1细胞的抑制作用;免疫细胞化学涂片法检测提取物对CNE1细胞角蛋白表达的影响。结果:MTT测定结果显示,乙酸乙酯提取物可抑制CNE1细胞的生长;且CNE1细胞中角蛋白的表达随提取物浓度增高而增加,且高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:口虾蛄乙酸乙酯提取物能抑制鼻咽癌CNE1细胞的生长,并可能促进CNE1细胞分化。Objective：To study the effects of the anticancer ingredient from oratosquilla on the nasopharyngeal carcinoma （NPC）cell line CNE1. Methods：After affecting NPC CNE1 by the anticancer ingredient from oratosquilla, the proliferation,cytokeratin expression of the ceils were studied. Results：The ethylacetate extract was the specific growth inhibitor to CNE1 ,and it can promote the keratin expression of CNE1. Conclusion： The ethylacetate extract can inhibit the growth of CNE1 ,and probably induce the cell differentiation of CNE1.
