摘　　要：目的:探讨颅内海绵状血管瘤立体定向下微创手术治疗方法。方法:总结27例颅内海绵状血管瘤的临床表现、神经影像学特征及立体定向下微创治疗方法。结果:全切除26例(96.2%),大部分切除1例(3.8%),26例患者术后症状明显改善。结论:立体定向手术治疗颅内海绵状血管瘤是安全和有效的方法,未完全切除者术后放疗,疗效满意。Objective： To investigate the therapy effect of the microinvasive neurosurgery for intracrainal cavernous hemangioma under the guide for computed - tomography. Methods： 27 patients＇Data of clinical manifestation,neuroradigraphic image and microinvasive therapy under the CT guide of 27 patients were analysed. Results： Twenty - six patient were removed entirely （ 96.2% ） , while 1 was removed mostly （ 3.8% ） , 26 patients＇ post - operative symptom were much better. Conclusion： CT - guided microinvasive neurosurgery to remove the cavernous hemangioma is more safe and effective. The radiographic therapy was used for the left cavernous hemangioma, and the result was good.
