鸦胆子油乳注射液联合伽玛刀治疗癌性胸水疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察鸦胆子油乳注射液联合伽玛刀治疗癌性胸水的疗效及不良反应。方法:38例癌性胸水患者随机分成鸦胆子组(20例)和顺铂组(18例),分别行胸穿灌注鸦胆子油乳注射液60ml及顺铂注射液30mg控制胸水,两组均采用伽玛刀治疗原发肺癌病灶及转移性肺癌病灶,半月及3月观察疗效及不良反应。结果:鸦胆子组控制胸腔积液有效率达95.0%,95.0%的患者生活质量明显提高,仅2例患者出现胸痛;顺铂组控制胸腔积液有效率为88.9%,只有66.7%的患者生活质量得到提高,同时出现白细胞下降、恶心呕吐、胸痛者分别为12例、13例、5例。结论:鸦胆子油乳注射液联合伽玛刀治疗癌性胸水疗效显著,不良反应轻。Objective：To observe the effect of Jave brucea oil young inoculation fluid combined with gamma knife in the treatment of cancerous hydrothorax. Methods： Thirty eight patituts nere divided into the union group, the chest cavity chemotherapy group, he union group used the gamma knife and Java brucea oil young inoculation fluid 60ml union . Chest caeity chemotherapy group,was treated by gamma knife and platiunm. Results：The union group control rate was 95.0% ,95.0% patient quality of life were enhancement. The chest cavity chemotherapy group controls rate was 88.9% ,66.7% patient quality of life were the enhancement. Conclusion：The Java brucea oil young inoculation fluid combined with gamma knife to treat cancerous hydrothorax, curative effect if remarkable, the side effect is light.
