摘 要:目的:研究多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片(C12)联合检测在乳腺癌早期诊断中的价值。方法:对病理确诊的200例乳腺恶性肿瘤妇女进行12种肿瘤标志物的联合定量检测,采用100例女性健康献血员作为对照。对检查结果的漏诊率、误诊率、灵敏度和特异度等指标进行分析。结果:200例早期乳腺癌患者有106例血清肿瘤标志物为阳性,阳性率为53%;100名健康妇女有12例肿瘤标志物为阳性,假阳性率(误诊率)为12%。肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片对乳腺癌的定性诊断的灵敏度为53%,特异度为88%。结论:多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片用于乳腺癌辅助诊断具有一定参考价值,但误诊率和漏诊率都比较高,有待进一步改善。Objective:To study the diagnostic value of 12 kinds of tumor markers in protein biochip detection system (C12 detection system for short). Methods: C12 was used to quantitatively detect 12 kinds of tumor markers ( CEA, AFP, CA125, CA19 - 9, NSE, CA242, HCG, HGH, CA15 - 3, F - PSA, PSA, Ferritin) in the sera of 200 patients with primary breast cancer and 100 healthy women. Results: Of the 22 early - staged breast cancer patients, 106 (53%) presented positive tumor marker. Of the 100 healthy women, positive tumor marker was detected in 12 (12%), demonstrating that the sensitivity and specificity for diagnosis of breast cancer were 53 % and 88%, respectively,with tumor marker protein biochip. Conclusion: To early breast cancer, the diagnostic value of multi - tumor markers protein biochip detection system (C12 detection system) is limited,it can only be used to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the tumor detection in clinic.
