摘　　要：目的:研究胃间质瘤的外科诊治方法。方法:回顾性分析我院自2001年7月至2007年7月经病理证实的胃间质瘤39例病例的临床资料。结果:手术切除率100%,无手术死亡病例。术后2例发生胃排空障碍。23例为恶性间质瘤,9例为良性间质瘤,7例为潜在恶性间质瘤。术后1、3、5年的生存率分别为94.9%(37/39)、82.1%(32/39)、56.4%(22/39)。结论:胃间质瘤仍以外科治疗为主,其诊断可根据临床表现、超声胃镜等影像学检查以及免疫组织化学确定,手术切除是积极有效的治疗方法。Objective：To study the diagnosis and surgical management in gastric stromal tumor（GST）. Methods： The clinical data of 39 cases of gastric stromal tumor admitted between 2001 to 2007, was analyzed retrospectively. Results： Operation resection rate was 100% ,and no death case. Gastric emptying hindrance postoperative occurred in 2 patients. Postoperative pathological examiuation revealed 9 cases of benign tumor,7 cases of borderline tumor,23 cases of malignant tumor. The patient survival rates of 1,3 and 5 year were 94.9% （37/39） ,82.1% （39/32） ,56.4 % （22/39）. Conclusion：Surgical resection is the first choice of treatment for GST. The diagnosis of GST depends on clinical situation,imageology and immunohistochemical study. Surgical resection is an effective therapy.
