摘 要:目的:观察鱼油和豆油对饲低硒及补硒粮喂养大鼠血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)及血浆酶活力的影响。方法:GSH-Px采用DTNB法而血浆酶采用自动生化分析仪测定。结果:补加鱼油和豆油(50g/kg)饲料喂养大鼠4周,血中GSH-Px活力均明显降低;豆油组血浆中ALP显著增加,GOT、GPT、α-HBDH有升高趋势;鱼油组GPT显著增加。补硒后GSH-Px活力均显著升高,豆油中血浆酶活性有不同程度改善,鱼油组变化不显著。结论:多不饱和脂肪酸负荷能够降低动物体内抗氧化能力。鱼油(ω-3)。Objective:The effect of fish oil (FO) and soybean oil (SO) on activities of blood glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and plasma enzymes of rats fed on selenium (Se) deficient (0.011 μg/g Se) or Sesupplemented (0.1 μg/g Se) diets was investigated.Methods:The GSH-Px activity was determined by DTNB and plasma enzymes by automatic biochemistry analyzer.Rats were maintained on the Se deficient or Sesupplemented diets for 4 weeks,and then on the diets supplemented with FO or SO (50 g/kg) for 4 weeks.Results: The blood GSH-Px activity was significantly decreased in both FO and SOsupplemented groups.In SO group,activities of GOT,GPT and α-HBDH in plasma tended to increase and activity of ALP increased obviously,while in FO group only GPT activity increased markedly.After Se was supplemented,the GSH-Px activity increased significantly.In SO group,the changes of plasma enzymes were corrected by Se supplement,but in FO group they can not.Conclusion:These results prove that polyunsaturates fatty acids (PUFAs) overload can decrease the antioxidant ability of rats fed on the Se deficient diets.The influence of FO on plasma enzyme levels is different from that of SO.
