摘 要:为给渔具设计与材料的合理选配提供科学依据,通过差示扫描量热法(DSC)、广角X射线衍射(XRD)及扫描电镜(SEM)等方法的比较,研究了渔用聚丙烯聚酰胺(PP/PA)复合单丝的结构与性能。结果表明,与普通PP单丝相比,渔用PP/PA复合单丝的断裂强度和结节强度比普通PP单丝分别提高了39.00%和26.48%,而断裂伸长率降低了12.74%;PP/PA复合单丝的结晶度和取向度比普通PP单丝分别增加了13.49%和1.36%;PP/PA复合单丝微晶尺寸稍大于普通PP单丝,而晶胞参数变化很小;SEM照片显示复合单丝的相容性良好。结果分析表明,由于结晶度、取向度的增大,导致了渔用PP/PA复合单丝强度的提高。Study on the structure and properties of Compound Fishing Polypropylene Polyamid (PP/PA) monofilaments has been made by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), wide angle X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) etc. The results indicate that compound PP/PA monofilaments are 39.00% and 26.48% higher than the common PP monofilaments in breaking strength and knot breaking strength, while in breaking elongation rate the latter is 12.74% higher than the former. The compound PP/PA monofilaments are 13.49% and 1.36% higher than the common PP monofilaments in crystallization and orientation degree respectively. The crystallite sizes of the compound PP/PA monofilaments are slightly bigger than those of the common PP rnonofilaments, while the unit cell parameters of the two are approximately the same; SEM pictures demonstrate that compound PP/PA monofilaments are better than common PP monofilaments in compatibility. Owing to the increase of crystallization and orientation degree, the tenacity of the compound PP/PA monofilaments is improved. This study will provide better scientific basis for designs and material selection for fishing tools.
