健脾补肾方治疗中晚期原发性肺癌35例

摘　　要：目的探讨健脾补肾方治疗中晚期原发性肺癌的临床疗效。方法对35例患者予健脾补肾方治疗3个月,观察主要症状变化、瘤灶稳定率、Kamofsky评分以及患者生存期。结果患者治疗后主要症状明显改善(P<0.05,P<0.01),瘤灶缓解率为17.14%,Kamofsky评分提高稳定率为91.42%;1年生存率为74.29%,1.5年生存率为57.14%,2年生存率为42.86%。结论健脾补肾方在改善肺癌患者主要症状、稳定病灶、提高生存质量以及延长生存期等方面均有良好的疗效,中医扶正法为主有一定的抗癌作用。Objective To observe the clinical effects of ＂Jianpi Bushen Decoction＂ on middle-late primary lung cancer. Methods Thirty-five cases were treated by ＂Jianpi Bushen Decoction＂ for 3 months; the main symptoms, tumor coefficient of stabilization, Kamofsky scores and patients＇ survival time were observed. Resuits After treatment, the patients＇ main symptoms were improved remarkably（P 〈0.05, P 〈0.01 ） ; the tumor remission rate was 17. 14% ; the improvement coefficient of stabilization by Kamofsky scores was 91.42% ; the one-year survival rate was 74.29%, 1.5-year survival rate 57.14% and 2-year survival rate 42.86%. Conclusion ＂Jianpi Bushen Decoction＂ shows good effects in improving patients＇ main symptoms, tumor stabilization, quality of life, and expanding survival period, indicating that it is quite effective in fighting cancer.
