摘 要:在预先成形的金属网上制备规整炭化物载体,载体经TiO2负载、烧结后制成新型规整型吸附/光催化偶联催化剂。以室内空气典型污染物苯为模拟降解对象,研究了该催化剂的光催化活性及活性影响因素。此外,还研究了载体的吸附性、气相的湿度及流速对负载催化剂反应性能的影响。实验结果表明:载体的吸附性对催化剂的反应性能有影响,在苯的初始浓度80mg/m3、光照2h的相同条件下,在两个不同吸附性载体的负载催化剂上,苯的净降解率分别为51.1%和33.56%;气速对催化剂反应性能的影响体现在传质阻力和停留时间上,反应过程存在一个最佳气速;气相的湿度对催化剂的反应性能影响不大,在苯初始浓度300mg/m3、光照2h条件下,气相的相对湿度由33%增至75%,苯的净降解率变化不超过5%。A novel regular coupling photocatalyst was prepared by loading TiO2 on a regular carbide support shaped in advance. Activities of photocatalytic degradation of benzene in gas phase were evaluated, and effects of support adsorptivity, gas phase humidity and flow rate on supported catalyst properties were also studied. Experimental results showed that the support adsorption can affect catalyst reactivity. After irradiating for 2h under the condition of initial benzene concentration 80mg/m^3, net degradation rate of benzene on two kinds of catalyst of different adsorption was 51.1% and 33.56% respectively. Effect of mass transfer resistance and residence time on catalyst properties can be caused by gas flow rate, and gas phase humidity had little influence on catalyst reactivity. Under the conditions of initial benzene concentration 300mg/m^3 after irradiating for 2h, the change of net degradation rate of benzene was less than 5% when gas relative humidity increased from 33% to 75%.
