吸热型碳氢燃料中氢过氧化物的抑制

摘　　要：在饱和溶解氧加速热氧化条件下,采用碘量比色法跟踪测定了吸热型碳氢燃料ZH-100中氢过氧化物浓度随时间的变化,评价了2,2’-硫代二乙基-3-(3,5-二异丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯,3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲基二乙基磷酸酯,4,4’-二(苯基异丙基)二苯胺,三(2,4-二叔丁基)亚磷酸苯酯,双十八烷基季戊四醇双亚磷酸酯等5种不同类型抗氧剂的抗氧化效果。结果表明,5种抗氧剂不同程度地抑制了燃料中氢过氧化物的生成,加入量100μg·g-1时可使燃料120℃的氧化诱导期分别延长80、58、10、32和58h,有效地提高了燃料的热氧化安定性。其中,以含硫双酚类复合型抗氧剂2,2’-硫代二乙基-3-(3,5-二异丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯的抗氧化效果最佳,在燃料ZH-100中加入50、100和500μg·g-1该抗氧剂,可使燃料140℃的氧化诱导期分别延长4,6和24h。During accelerated oxidation tests with saturated oxygen, the effects of five antioxidants, 2,2-thiobis（ethane-2, 1-diyl）bis（3 -（3,5 -di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl）propanoate）, 3,5 -di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyben-zyl diethyl phosphate, bis（4-（2-phenylpropan-2-yl）phenyl）amine, tris（2,4-di-tert-butylphenyl） phosphate and 3,9-bis（oetadecyloxy）-2,4,8,10-tetraoxa-3,9-diphosphaspiro-（5,5）-undecane, on the inhibition of hydroperoxide formation in the endothermic hydrocarbon fuel of ZH-100 were investigated by iodine colorimetry. The results show that the antioxidants can inhibit the formation of hydroperoxides and prolong the oxidation induction period of the hydrocarbon fuel to a given extent. At the oxidation temperature of 120℃, the oxidation induction period of the fuel samples with different antioxidants are prolonged up to 80, 58, 10, 32 and 58 h, respectively. Under the same oxidation condition, the sulfur-containing phenolic antioxidant, 2,2-thiobis（ethane-2,1-diyl）bis（3-（3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl）propanoate）, is the most effective one among the above five antioxidants. At oxidation temperature of 140℃, the oxidation induction periods of the fuel samples with this antioxidant of 50, 100 and 500μg·g-1 can be prolonged to 4, 6 and 24 h, respectively.
