摘 要:目的:建立食品中胆碱和4种矿物质元素含量的测定方法。方法:样品用水浴加热法提取,离子色谱法同时测定胆碱和Na、K、Mg、Ca。色谱柱为:Ionpac CS12阳离子交换色谱柱(250 mm×4 mm i.d.)和Ionpac CG12保护柱;淋洗液为:20 mM甲烷磺酸;流速为:1.3 ml/min;检测方式为:抑制型电导检测。结果:Na、K、Choline、Mg、Ca分别在8.00-40.0 mg/L、20.0-100 mg/L、10.0-50.0 mg/L、2.00-10.0 mg/L、20.0-100 mg/L范围内线性良好,回收率在92.0%-102.0%之间,相对标准偏差均小于5%,检出限分别为Na:0.6 mg/100 g,K:0.8 mg/100 g,Choline:2.5 mg/100 g,Mg:0.8 mg/100 g,Ca:0.6 mg/100 g。结论:本方法准确、灵敏、操作简便,一次进样15分钟内完全分离,适用于食品中胆碱和4种矿物质元素含量的日常监测工作。Objective :To develop a method with ion chromatography to simultaneously determine choline and four minearals in foods. Methods:The choline and four minearals in samples were extracted by heating in water bath and separated by an Ionpac CS12 column (250 mm ×4 mm i. d. ) with Ionpac CG12 and 20 mM methanesulfonie as eluent. The flow rate was 1.3 ml/min. Cations were detected by suppressed conductivity detection. Results : The linearity of Na, K, Choline, Mg, Ca was good in the range of 8. 00 -40. 0 mg/L,20. 0 - 100 mg/L, 10. 0 -50. 0 mg/L,2. 00 - 10. 0 mg/L,20. 0 - 100 mg/L. The recovery of the method was 92. 0% - 102. 0% and relative standard deviation (RSD) was 〈5%. The detection limit was Na:0.6 mg/100 g,K:0. 8 mg/ 100 g,Choline: 2. 5, mg/100 g,Mg: 0. 8 mg/100 g,Ca: 0. 6 mg/100 g. Conclusion:The method is accurate, sensitive, simple and can be applied for inspection of choline and four minearals in foods. It can be used to simuhaneously and completely separate all cations only in 15 minutes.
