摘  要:目的:为调查加碘盐中的碘含量水平,建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定加碘食盐中碘的分析方法。方法:样品经1%NH3.H2O溶解后直接用电感耦合等离子体质谱进行分析,测定过程中用耐高盐接口(X i接口)、基体匹配和内标法消除非质谱干扰。结果:方法的检出限小于0.05 mg/kg,精密度优于1.5%,回收率为97.6%-102%,实际样品的分析结果和国标法没有显著差别,对3个标准参考物质的分析结果和证书值一致。结论:该方法简单、快速和准确。Objective:To investigate the level of iodine in adding iodine salt, a method was developed to determine iodine in adding iodine salt by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Methods:After dissolved by 1% NH3 · H2O, the samples were directly determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry which uses Xi interface, matrix matching and internal standardization to eliminate non - spectroscopic interference. Results:The detection limit was less than 0.05 mg/kg, the RSD better than 1.5% ,recoveries 97.6% - 102%. The results of analyzing practical samples were the same as using national standard method and the results of analyzing standard reference materiel were satisfactory. Coneluson: This method is simple, sensitive and accurate.
