摘  要:目的:研究保健酒中总黄酮的测定方法。方法:以芦丁为对照品,紫外分光光度法在357 nm波长下测定黄酮,可见分光光度法用硝酸铝作显色剂,在500 nm波长测总黄铜含量。结果:比较两种结果无显著性差异。结论:可见分光光度法显色不稳定,紫外分光光度法显色稳定,且快速和简便。Objective: To study the methods of determination of the total flavonoids in health wine. Methods: Rutin was utilized as reference substance, and the wavelength was 357 nm in ultraviolet spectrophotometry determination, whereas it was 500 nm in visible spectrophotometry method and aluminum nitrate was used as chromogenic agent. Results:There was no significant difference between the two results. Conclusion:The aetional color in ultraviolet spectrophotometry is more stable than in visible spectrophotometry, and UV is faster and easier.
