社区精神分裂症患者自杀的临床与护理分析

摘　　要：目的：从精神症状、社会支持、家庭关怀度等方面研究社区精神分裂症患者的自杀原因，为社区精神病防治工作提供依据。方法：采用PANSS、HAMD、SSRS、Family—APGAR等量表，对42例自杀未遂的社区精神分裂症患者进行对照分析。结果：精神分裂症患者自杀组的精神病症状、抑郁症状、精神残疾度等明显高于非自杀组。结论：精神病症状、抑郁症状、社会支持以及家庭关怀程度差，是社区精神分裂症患者自杀的主要原因。Objective：To investigate the risk factors of suicide in community patients with schizophrenia by assess their mental symptoms, social functions and social supports. To provide some evidences for community psychosis prevention and treatment. Methods：Forty two suicidal attempt patients were assessed by Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale （PANSS）, Hamilton Depression Rating Scale for Depression（HAMD） ,The Support Scheme for Rural Specialists （SSRS） ,Family -APGAR. The results were compared with 42 control patients. Results： Compared with control group, psychotic symptoms、depression and disable are severer in suicidal attempt patients with schizophrenia. Conclusions ： Suicide behaviors of community patient with schizophrenia mostly result from psychotic symptom,depression and poor social supports.
