摘 要:利用"灰箱"建模的理论简化了进口节流调速系统的数学模型,有效地控制了系统仿真过程中遇到的刚性问题,通过与实验相结合的方法辨识出阀口流量系数、粘性阻尼系数与摩擦力等难以用理论方法确定的系统参数,消除了经验值对不同工况系统模型造成的误差。实践表明:该建模与辨识方法可以广泛应用于液压系统的建模与仿真中。The mathematical model of entrance throttle control system was simplified by using the theory of "grey-box" modeling in this paper, which could effectively control rigid problems met in simulation. Combining with experimental method, the flow coefficient,viscous damping coefficient and friction were identified ,which were hardly to be determined by theoretical method. And it also eliminated the model error caused by empirical value in different conditions of the system. It is shown from practice that the "gray-box'modeling and identification method can be widely used for hydraulic system modeling and simulation.
