摘 要:目前对于电梯门系统的性能分析局限于驱动控制系统和机械系统独立的分析。针对这一局限建立了电梯门系统机电耦合模型并探讨门机的机电耦合性能。仿真结果表明:调整门电机参数,门机运行曲线随之改变,从而可以判断出开关门是否到位,也为门电机参数的设置提供参考;改变模型中门机机械系统的性能,影响门驱动电机的参数,这为监控门电机参数变化来分析门机机械性能的方法提供了有力依据。Recently, performance analysis of elevator door system includes control system and mechanical system separately. The electromechanical coupling model of elevator door system was built according to that limit and electromechanical coupling performances were discussed. The simulation results indicate that: if the parameters of elevator door motor are changed, the running curves of car doors will be changed together, therefore it can be judged whether elevator door reaches the closing completing point, which provides reference for setting the parameters of elevator door motor, if the mechanical performance of elevator door system is changed, the parameters of elevator door motor will be influenced, and that is evidence for the method of monitoring the parameter variance of elevator door motor to analyze the mechanical performance of elevator doors.
