摘 要:分析了液压集成块线网动态特性仿真的研究意义,指出将功率键合图法和计算流体动力学(CFD)方法相结合是进行系统动态特性研究的有效方法。提出应用CFD方法对集成块线网中存在的典型流道流场进行分析,获得相关局部阻碍的阻力系数,依此建立起包含动态摩擦的线网分段集中参数键合图模型。通过数字仿真和实验结果的比较,检验了线网的动态性能,并分析了液流压力损失与孔道结构的关系,初步探讨了流道中典型结构的改进对线网系统特性的影响。It is pointed out that the study on FIMB (hydraulic manifold block) duct nets' dynamic characteristic simulation is of practical significance. Combination of Power Bond Graph method and CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamic) method is valid in the study. Application CFD method was proposed to analyze the typical pipeline inside the channels of the HMB to obtain the local loss coefficient. Based on the local loss coefficient, a new even-sectional concentrated-parameter model using bond graphs was worked out which included Mnetic friction factor. The dynamic characteristic of the duct nets was checked out by comparing the digital simulation result with the experimental result. The relationship between pressure loss of flow and pipeline's geometry structure was analyzed. It is found out that the improvements of typical structure influence on the duct nets' dynamic characteristic.
