摘　　要：对共面波导LiNbO3电光调制器的结构和性能参数进行分析的基础上,利用保角变换方法和扩展点匹配方法通过仿真选择合适的调制器结构参数,优化了调制器性能,实现了宽带调制。The structure and performance parameters of LiNbO3 optical modulator with thicker electrodes and relatively thicker buffer layer have been analyzed using conformal mapping and extended point-matching method. The proper parameters have been obtained by simulating to optimize the performance of the modulator and realize the broadband modulation.
