跨国公司业务外包的动因与条件分析

摘　　要：经济全球化背景下,跨国公司的一个显著行为特征就是纷纷将其非核心业务活动交给外部企业执行,业务外包得到蓬勃发展。通过分析跨国公司业务外包的动因及其必要的条件,以期对我国企业承接外包,以及我国跨国企业开展离岸发包活动提供一些借鉴。Because of the economic globalization, more and more international corporations make their uncore - business done by outside enterprises. Without enough preconditions, the outsourcing cannot boom. This paper analyzes the causes and preconditions of international corporations＇ outsoureing and gives some references to the development of Chinese outsourcing business.
