摘 要:利用Ansys/Ls—Dyna3D软件建立振动压路机振动碾压土壤过程的三维模型,对振动压实过程进行仿真分析和试验研究,计算的结果满足工程精度要求,土壤表层沉降量和土壤竖向应力误差在10%以内,可用于指导施工。研究表明,在振动压实过程中,土壤的竖向应力沿轮宽方向对称分布,在距轮缘1/5—1/4处竖向应力衰减明显,提出施工中宜取1/5~1/4轮宽作为振动压实重叠宽度的建议,并据此进行试验,结果显示压实12遍后土壤压实度极差仅为0.6%,压实度均匀性较好。A 3D model of vibratory soil rolling and compacting procedure is set up for a vibratory compactor with Ansys/Ls-Dyna 3D software to simulate, analyze, test and research the vibratory compaction process. Method to determine the overlapping width during vibratory compaction is suggested. The research shows that: the calculation results meet the requirements of construction accuracies; errors of the surface sedimentation and vertical soil stresses are both within 10%; the vertical soil stresses are symmetrically distributed along the drum width and there is an obvious attenuation of the vertical stresses at 1/5~1/4 position from the drum rim; it is rational to determine overlapping width on the basis of the stresses distribution and the compactness error is only 0.6% after twelve passes of compaction so a satisfactory compaction uniformity is obtained.
