摘  要:为模拟掘进机的掘进过程,设计开发全断面掘进机综合试验台,其中用于模拟地质环境的模拟系统由土箱、加载系统和密封部分组成。介绍加载系统的设计思路、主要功能特点和参数。为实现加载系统压力实时可调以模拟不同地下深度的水土压力,同时兼顾加载过程中系统的稳定性和快速性,采用液压加载。利用AMESim软件对压力控制油路进行仿真,比较加载过程中不同压力控制方式的性能差别和特点,分析液压缸加载的控制原理,决定选择比例溢流阀压力控制方式。完成分区控制的液压加载系统的整体设计和元件选型,以及液压泵站的三维集成设计。A composite test stand for full face TBM is designed and developed to simulate boring procedure of a TBM. The geological conditions simulation system in it is composed of soil box, loading system and seals. Design philosophy, main functional features and parameters of the loading system are presented. Hydraulical loading is adopted to realize the loading system pressure adjustment in real time to simulate soil and water pressures under different underground depths and at the same time attention is paid to the stability and rapidity during the loading. The pressure control circuit is simulated with AMESim software and performance differences and features of different pressure control mode in loading procedure are compared. Control principle of cylinder loading is analyzed. Selecting pressure control by proportional relief valve, total design and unit selection for a hydraulic loading system with divisional proportional relief valve controlled and oil feeding by dual pumps of high and low pressures are accomplished and a 3D integrated design of its hydraulic pumps station is implemented as well.
